Indonesian pop and R&B superstar Raisa will perform live in Malaysia in a one-night concert at Zepp Kuala Lumpur on November 20, 2022.
The ‘Raisa: Live In Malaysia’ concert is brought by local event organizer Hitman Solutions.
“The unexpected and overwhelming response received at our recent Jubin Nautiyal Live in Malaysia concert has proven that Malaysians are yearning to be entertained and mesmerized by international artists.
“We are proud, grateful and thrilled to have Raisa, a major star in Indonesia, perform for the first time in Malaysia for all her adoring fans,” said Hitman Solutions chief executive officer and founder Rohit Rampal.
He continued, “Raisa has a massive presence in the Indonesian music industry, and her works have received significant attention in our country. This achievement is due to her being no ordinary singer. Her melodious voice is iconic and represents a new wave of ballads, pop and jazz songs, plus other similar melancholic music.”
Raisa rose to fame with her first single, entitled ‘Serba Salah’, from her debut album ‘Raisa’, in 2011. In the following year, she won the award for ‘Best New Artiste’ at the 15th Anugerah Musik Indonesia (AMI) and ‘Best New Female Artiste’ at the Anugerah Planet Muzik.
“Fans can expect to be entertained by about 20 of her hit songs in a two-hour concert, accompanied by professional musicians and our famed, sought-after audiovisual production. We have great expectations for this concert and hope that everyone seizes this rare opportunity,” added Rohit.
All tickets for VVIP, CAT 3 and CAT 4 ticket categories have been sold out on the first day, while the remaining CAT 1 (RM250 – free standing) and CAT 2 (RM200 – free standing) tickets are still available.
