Herbalife Nutrition recently set another record in the Malaysia Book of Records for ‘Most Number of Participants in A Virtual Workout’ with over 1,400 participants, marking a total of two record-breaking achievements in the span of four years.
Conducted in conjunction with the Herbalife Nutrition Month, the initiative was part of its Healthy Active Lifestyle activity which featured a #GetHealthyNow virtual workout session involving Herbalife Nutrition members from across the country.
The session was led by Yves Lee Siong, an internationally certified personal trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Participants engaged in a series of friendly-home workout routines which helped them boost their overall fitness level while staying safe indoors.
Herbalife Nutrition Malaysia and Singapore senior director and general manager Steven Chin said the company is constantly seeking to inspire Malaysians to lead a healthy, active lifestyle supported by good nutrition.
“I’m thrilled that on the day after marking two years of the movement control order, our members and customers have risen to the challenge of making a healthy active lifestyle central to efforts to returning to normalcy, demonstrating Herbalife Nutrition’s team spirit and earning another spot in the Malaysia Book of Records,” he said.
Held annually in March, Herbalife Nutrition Month aims to support Malaysians in their health and wellness journeys with various exciting activities including webinars by Herbalife Nutrition’s experts.
Herbalife Nutrition members also had the opportunity to learn from Herbalife Nutrition’s experts, Dr. Kent Bradley, Chief Health and Nutrition Officer; and Susan Bowerman, Senior Director of Worldwide Nutrition Education and Training, on nutrition-related frequently asked questions.
“We would like to thank everyone who made Herbalife Nutrition Month a success. We definitely made a greater impact this year in our effort to raise awareness of healthy active lifestyles.
“We will continue to do our part to reach more Malaysians with nutrition education. More initiatives are in the pipeline for the coming months,” Chin added.
Previously, Herbalife Nutrition set a record for the ‘Most Number of Breakfast Advocates in Multiple Locations’ by having a total of 1145 breakfast advocates in 185 multiple locations across Malaysia during Healthy Breakfast Month.
