Health and wellness company Herbalife has launched its Herbal Retreat Powder, a specially formulated tea with herbal blend of lemon balm, chamomile, lavender and passionflower, designed for those who have difficulty sleeping.

More recently, the 2023 National Health and Morbidity Survey reported that approximately one million Malaysians aged 15 and above are living with depression.
