Malaysian comedian Harith Iskander has announced his new comedy show called ‘Relazz-lah Malaysia’ to be held at Zepp Kuala Lumpur on Nov 26, 2022.
While stand-up comedy has controversially been in the headlines recently with questions being raised about what we can or can’t joke about, Harith and his friends are here to remind everyone that it is OK to laugh again!
The comedy show hopes to bring some lightheartedness in the midst of all the serious issues and political happenings in Malaysia.
“Malaysians have the most amazing sense of humour and we are the first to laugh at ourselves! Anyone who comes to the show will recognize that there is no better way to deal with the absurdity that is life, than with a good laugh!” said Harith in a press conference at The Joke Factory, Publika on Nov 16.
With the aim of lightening up the mood for all Malaysians and giving them a chance to let loose, Relazz-lah Malaysia will help the public to release any pent-up stress or worries of life, with jokes that touch on political, social, economic and whatever issues that suits the fancy of the comedians.
Some of the local comedians that will be joining Harith in performing during the show includes Prakash Daniel, Mad Sabah, Brian Tan and also a surprise special guest comedian whose identity will only be revealed on the day of the show.
