Happikiddo, a homegrown baby concept store, will be holding a mega baby shower event called ‘Baby in Bloom’ that will take place at Lightbox@Light Grey, Sungai Buloh on May 27, 2023.
Open to expectant and new parents with babies aged 0–6 months, the mega baby shower will offer a number of engaging activities and a fun-filled agenda for attendees, including informative talks on childbirth by experts, games and a delectable hi-tea session served throughout the event.
In addition to product booths and all-things baby deals by more than 25 top brands, the event will also provide door gifts and lucky draw prizes worth over RM80,000 that include prizes such as strollers, car seats and cots.
Happikiddo founder Elaine Chew said the mega baby shower is curated to commemorate expecting and newborn parents’ journey into parenthood and giving them a wonderful head start.
“Pregnancy is a beautiful experience and babies are our blessings. At Happikiddo, new parents and parents-to-be deserve to be celebrated.
“We are honoured for the opportunity to be part of these parents’ joy and aspire to make this event a celebration of parenthood, providing valuable resources for expecting and new parents alike,” she said.

Happikiddo has partnered up with several businesses in childcare to add an extra dose of excitement to the event, such as BabyBjorn, Bugaboo, Stokke, Nuna, Hegen, He or She, Kays & Kins and Purebaby.
Among the collaborators, Kiddocare, an on-demand babysitting platform with trained and vetted babysitters, is all set to make the event an enjoyable experience for parents and their children through a pop-up nanny lounge.
This unique feature will enable parents to enjoy the event while their little ones are safely looked after by Kiddocare’s babysitters.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to review a yet-to-be-launched stroller by Bugaboo. The stroller will be exclusively exhibited during the event for parents to test-stroll prior to its launch in Southeast Asia.
The Happikiddo Baby Shower is a ticketed event. Tickets start from RM350 per person, where attendees will get RM400 Happikiddo shopping vouchers in return.
