CelcomDigi Berhad has officially unveiled its flagship stores named Life, marking a bold step forward in retail innovation.

Located at The Gardens Mall and Sunway Pyramid, these Life stores are designed as experiential hubs for customers to explore, experiment and embrace digital living with the latest in connected technology, including 5G and AI-powered devices and smart home solutions.

The launch at The Gardens Mall on July 16, 2025, marks a new milestone for CelcomDigi’s three-year retail transformation journey focused on redefining the retail experience to better serve its customers’ evolving digital needs.

The company now serves its more than 20 million customers over the largest owned retail chain for digital products and services in the country.

All CelcomDigi Stores now deliver improved service levels to customers and a new experiential concept as the go-to destination for 5G and AI-powered devices, with the best mobile and convergence plans to power a wide range of smart solutions.

The Life stores are built for discovering the latest in connected living. It caters to diverse customer segments regardless of age or tech know-how, from content creator to parent building a smart home, a wellness tech enthusiast or one just starting their connected journey.

Spanning 3,500 square feet, the Life stores introduces a unique “store-within-a-store” experience. This is a first in Malaysian telco retail, where two global household brands, Samsung and Disney, have dedicated experiential zones that give customers to directly interact with and test smart tech and content before purchasing. 

The collaboration with Samsung showcases the brand’s latest innovation, including lifestyle gadgets, smart home appliances and fitness tech. Customers can interact with the products and make instant purchases via the ‘Endless Aisle’, a wall-sized interactive screen that enables seamless online ordering, payment and home delivery.

Designed in partnership with Disney, the Pixar Connect Lounge at The Gardens Mall outlet is a family-focused space inspired by Toy Story and Marvel and offer tablets pre-loaded with interactive activities and apps inspired by Disney stories, along with merchandise from DisneyStore.asia
