Boustead Properties Berhad recently contributed financial assistance totalling RM25,000.00 to five flood-hit families in Hulu Langat and Kampung Sungai Penchala, Kuala Lumpur to help them restore their homes and rebuild their businesses.

The flash floods recently had caused damage to homes of many Malaysians who continued to face challenges until today due to financial constraints

Boustead Properties Berhad chief executive officer Khairul Azizi Ismail said the flash floods had caused major disruptions to families and their livelihoods.

“Our contribution is part of our commitment to extend a helping hand to those in need and we hope that the proceeds will go far towards easing the financial burden of these five families,” he said.

“We will continue to play a role in providing support to the community. It has been a hard time for Malaysians coping with the pandemic over the last two years, and most recently the unprecedented floods.”

He said the spirit of #KeluargaMalaysia has kept them grounded during these uncertain times.

“As we move forward into the endemic phase, we strive to do our part to support one another whenever possible.”
