Here are two recipes using the Ayam Brand Coconut Milk to make and serve authentic Malaysian favourites:
Simple Rendang Mackerel
Add one pack of Ayam Brand Rendang Paste into a wok, and fry until fragrant for 2 to 3 minutes. Next add 120ml of Ayam Brand Coconut Milk and stir gently until well-combined. Drain a can of Ayam Brand Sardine or Mackerel in Tomato Sauce (425g). Add the Mackerel or Sardine into the rendang gravy. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens. Add Ayam Brand Kerisik (40g), and mix in gently until well combined.
Serve with nasi himpit, or pair it with rice for a daily meal.

Kurma Daging
Pour one pack of Ayam Brand Kurma Paste into a pan, fry until fragrant, then quickly add 80g of diced carrots, and 300g of sliced meat (beef or chicken) and saute until the meat is medium well done. Top with 200ml of water, cover the pan with lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the carrots have softened. Add 80g of quartered red onion, and 60ml of Ayam Brand Coconut Milk and bring to the boil. Optionally garnish with sliced red chillies and coriander leaves. Serve with rice.
