Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford (Auto ConneXion), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, has officially opened its latest Ford 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) showroom in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang.
With an investment of RM16.6 million, Auto ConneXion is adding the largest 3S showroom in Penang to its extensive network in the Northern region, exemplifying its commitment to delivering exceptional customer-driven experiences to Ford enthusiasts in Malaysia.
Sime Motors Southeast Asia managing director Jeffrey Gan said the new showroom reflects their dedicated efforts to continuously raise the bar for their customers.
“Expanding our network will enable us to ensure that the Ford experience is more accessible in the northern region, providing an unparalleled ownership journey,” he said.
Auto ConneXion managing director Turse Zuhair said the new cutting-edge facility will serve the needs of their customers in the northern region.
“This new showroom not only reinforces our position as a leader in Malaysia’s pick-up truck segment but also highlights our dedication to enhancing the overall Ford ownership experience.
“In line with Ford’s global initiative, the implementation of Ford’s Guest Experience in this showroom elevates customer interaction at every step of their journey,” he said.
The 46,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility exudes seamlessness, comfort and quality service. Customers are greeted with personalised service by a concierge upon arrival.
The welcoming interior provides a comfortable space for customers to enjoy their Ford Experience while digital and streamlined processes ensure optimised efficiency, from vehicle enquiries to aftersales service.
The showroom boasts six display vehicles and a dedicated vehicle delivery room designed to enhance the Ford ownership experience. With a total of 16 service bays and a spare parts centre, the facility is equipped to address a range of maintenance and repair needs.
Additionally, the new 28,000 square feet Body & Paint Centre is located at Taman Perindustrian Saga Jaya, Perai, in the vicinity of seven kilometers, offering a comprehensive range of services that include vehicle body repair, spray painting, windscreen replacement and polishing.
In conjunction with the opening, customers in the month of February can enjoy a complimentary 5-Year Ford Blue Oval Service Plan and save up to RM8,000 (terms and conditions apply).
Auto ConneXion 3S centre is located at Lot 6984, Jalan Baru, Mukim 1, 13700 Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang.
The showroom operates from 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday and from 10.00am to 6.00pm on Sundays and public holidays. Aftersales services are available from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Monday to Friday and from 8.00am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
