Intermark Mall, Kuala Lumpur in collaboration with Borneo Street KL, is presenting “Amazing Borneo” for the very first time, showcasing products that reflect Sabah and Sarawak culture and heritage.
The artisan fair, from now until July 3, 2022, aims to promote and preserve the indigenous culture of East Malaysia in conjunction with the start of the new season after the Gawai harvest festival in June.
Shoppers may add a touch of Borneo to their shopping experience when they check out the educational exhibition, fun workshops, cultural performances and handicraft booths at the Amazing Borneo Gallery, on the ground floor of the mall.
From demonstrations of basket weaving to making kek lapis Sarawak, the fair acts as a one-stop East Malaysian heritage discovery, ranging from authentic tribal wear, musical instruments, intricate handicraft and captivating edibles.
Shoppers can check out the Borneo Artisan Fair by Summer by Aisha on the first floor for traditional crafts and summer essentials.
Another highlight of the campaign is the purchase reward redemption where shoppers who spend RM250 and above in a single receipt can redeem an exclusive Borneo print stationery pouch or F&B voucher.
