Bella Astillah launches new Raya single “Ya Raya” with Fipper

Malaysian singer-actress Bella Astillah is brightening up this year’s Aidilfitri atmosphere with the launch of her latest Raya single titled “Ya Raya” at Andaman Grand Ballroom, BBCC Kuala Lumpur on February 12, 2026.

The song is written by Rudeen, composed by Rudeen and Exactesy, and produced by Exactesy, with a musical arrangement that combines modern and traditional elements – a fresh combination that still maintains the soul of Raya music that is close to the hearts of listeners.

The song was produced in collaboration with Fipper Malaysia and music label Universal Music Malaysia.

Loaded with elements of joy, gratitude and the spirit of togetherness, this song comes as a soundtrack that celebrates beautiful moments with loved ones.

According to Bella Astillah, she established an emotional bond with this song upon hearing the demo for the first time.

“When I first heard the demo of Ya Raya, I immediately felt that it was very positive and reflected the Raya atmosphere that I myself felt.

“Every year we celebrate Raya in a different atmosphere, sometimes in the village, sometimes in the city.

“This song feels lighter, full of gratitude and wants to celebrate time with family and friends. There is a cheerful element that makes people feel like smiling when they hear it. It really fits the Raya mood,” she said.

The specialty of “Ya Raya” lies in the balance between the classic Raya sound and a fresh contemporary touch.

“I think Ya Raya has a combination of modern and traditional elements. There is still the Raya feel that we know but with a fresher musical arrangement that suits today’s listeners. This song is more about the vibe of celebrating small moments with loved ones, not just the big festive atmosphere,” added Bella.

The collaboration with Fipper further expands the message of this song from just music to a lifestyle in conjunction with the festive season.

“For me, Raya is not just about music or fashion, but the whole lifestyle, the way we meet people, enjoy the trip back to our hometown.

“Collaborating with Fipper is really fun because it symbolizes the comfort and relaxed style of Raya. When music and lifestyle are combined through this campaign, I think it is very interesting and close to the daily lives of fans, especially during Raya,” said Bella.

Its Artists and Repertoire (A&R) team evaluated several demos based on the strength of melody, lyrics and commercial potential that embody the spirit of Raya. Bella Astillah was chosen because of her image, vocal strength and strong connection with fans.

Bella Astillah also hopes that “Ya Raya” can be a song that accompanies meaningful moments every time Aidifitri comes.
