Village Grocer has expanded its footprint with the opening of its 34th new supermarket outlet at IOI Mall, Kulai in Johor on August 28, 2025.
This is the 3rd Village Grocer outlet in Johor, bringing its premium grocery offers to communities in Johor.
The new Village Grocer will serve as a one-stop destination featuring an array of F&B delicacies, fashion boutiques, handphones and accessories, groceries and on demand wellness and healthcare catering to discerning shoppers.
“We are pleased to welcome Village Grocer to IOI Mall Kulai as this partnership brings the first premium grocer within a 10-kilometer radius to the estimated population of over 70,000 residents of our Bandar Putra Kulai township and the wider Kulai and Senai communities,” said IOI Properties Group’s chief operating officer (Southern Region) Lim Beng Yeang.
