AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (AmanahRaya REIT) has announced the appointment of Mohd Iskandar Dzulkarnain Ramli as the managing director of AmanahRaya Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn Bhd (AKRM).
“Mohd Iskandar brings extensive expertise in corporate strategy, risk management, financial planning and property investment management across multiple sectors. He specializes in corporate restructuring, financial modelling and business transformation,” said a statement from AmanahRaya REIT.
“Mohd Iskandar previously served as the acting managing director of AKRM, where he has demonstrated strong leadership and a strategic mindset, guiding the Trust toward its long-term goals. With a keen focus on enhancing operational efficiency and portfolio value, he is committed to positioning AmanahRaya REIT for sustainable growth,” it added.
