FedEx Express Malaysia announced that it has been awarded ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2022’ by HR Asia in recognition of exemplary human resource management practices and strong corporate-culture employee engagement.
In addition, the express transportation company was recognized with a second award for ‘Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)’ for the company’s actions in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Our People-first philosophy and strong culture values is at the core of our programs to show care and support for our team members,” said FedEx Express Malaysia managing director SC Chong.
Chong added, “These awards are testament to the concerted efforts of our talented teams and their contributions to creating a workplace where team members are inspired to deliver excellence every day.”
65 companies in Malaysia received the coveted ‘HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2022’ awards.
Winners were evaluated based on a set of criteria spanning three categories – leadership and organization, emotional engagement and team dynamics in which team members were asked to rate the company.
The HR Asia awards aim at identifying Asia’s employers of choice across 12 countries/territories in the region. Its purpose is to recognize companies based on HR practices, and also companies that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement coupled by excellent workplace cultures.
