Coca-Cola Malaysia has announced a multi-year partnership with QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd, the franchise owner and operator of KFC and Pizza Hut.
In a statement, the company said the entire Coca-Cola beverage lineup will be available in fountain dispensers, as well as ready-to-drink formats such as cans and bottles.
“We are excited that this partnership represents a significant synergy to provide diners with our refreshing range of beverages in responding to ever-changing consumer needs,” said Louis Balat Joseph, chief executive officer of Bottling Investments Group for Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei at The Coca Cola.
The diverse Coca-Cola drinks will be served in selected KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants beginning this August, and all 1180+ KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants nationwide are expected to fully transition to serving Coca-Cola beverages by early next month.
QSR Brands (M) Holdings chief executive officer and managing director Nehchal Khanna said the group is committed to consistently serving high-quality products while remaining agile and relevant for all.

Coca-Cola has been in Malaysia since 1936. In addition to Coca-Cola, the Coca-Cola system in Malaysia manufactures, markets and distributes over 80 products including sparkling beverages (Coca-Cola Rasa Asli, Sprite, Fanta, A&W, Schweppes), low- and zero-calorie sparkling beverages (Coca-Cola Light, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar), fruit drinks (Minute Maid Pulpy, Minute Maid Refresh, Minute Maid Qoo), teas (Heaven and Earth, Authentic Tea House), and hydration & water (Glaceau Vitaminwater, Dasani).
QSR Brands is a franchisee of over 850 KFC restaurants in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Cambodia, and is also the operator of Pizza Hut in Malaysia and Singapore with more than 500 restaurants and delivery concepts.
It is also involved in breeder and contract broiler farming, hatchery, poultry production and processing as well as a host of ancillary businesses including baking, commissary, and sauce production.
