More than 10,000 people attended MR DIY’s 20th-anniversary concert at Stadium Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur on July 11, 2025.
The event marked a major milestone for Malaysia’s favourite home improvement retailer, and featured a star-studded lineup, laser displays, fireworks, fun-filled activities and lucky draws.
Even the iconic Merdeka 118 Tower lit up in honour of MR DIY’s two-decade journey.
The electrifying anniversary concert, headlined by Malaysian music legends including Shila Amzah, Jaclyn Victor, Amy Search, Awie, Ella, Penny Tai, Jeryl Lee, and pop trio 3P, was a hit with the crowd who enjoyed the music and the lively atmosphere.
MR D.I.Y. Group vice president of marketing Alex Goh said the concert was not just a celebration, but a gesture of gratitude to acknowledge the support and dedication of everyone involved in the company’s journey.
“From our customers and suppliers to our employees, your support has made our growth possible. This moment belongs to all Malaysians who have grown with us. We’re proud to be a part of your daily lives,” he said.
Goh added, “As we look ahead, we remain committed to delivering even more value, joy, and impact. This milestone reminds us how far we’ve come, and how much more we can do together. The best is yet to come. Thank you, Malaysia.”
